Did Gunman Film French School Shootings?

They’re mourning in Toulouse, France, a day after a gunman opened fire outside a Jewish school, killing three children and a rabbi.  And as investigators comb through security footage, the discovery of an “apparatus” hanging over the gunman’s chest, indicating he may have filmed his crime.

FOX News Radio’s Alastair Wanklyn reports from outside the school in Toulouse:

There’s a makeshift shrine on the sidewalk here: white flowers.  Local residents, coming here to pay their respects, some saying they fear the killer will strike again.  ”He lives in this area,” says this woman.

Three children and a rabbi killed at this school, and three earlier victims not far away.  French officials say the shooter seems like a trained marksman.  It’s unclear if he’s acting alone.  They want to know what he seemed to be wearing: maybe a video camera, one official says, recording his murders.

Meanwhile, the bodies, taken today from the school here, to be flown to Israel for burial.
