1 Dead, 3 Injured in Texas Courthouse Shooting

    A shooting at a Texas courthouse that turned into a brief hostage standoff, has ended in handcuffs. The shooting outside the courthouse in Beaumont left one dead.

    FOX News Radio’s Jennifer Keiper reports:

    Four people have been shot at the Jefferson County Courthouse in Beaumont, Texas, it’s about 87 miles northeast of Houston. One person has died. 

    Police say the gunman ran into a building across the street from the courthouse and held some people hostage.

    Police now say the shooter has been injured and is now in custody.
