Jury selection has begun in the murder trial of a Virginia college student accused of killing his ex-girlfriend.

FOX News Radio's Chris Foster reports:

George Huguely the Fifth, pleads not guilty to murdering Yeardley Love. They both played Lacrosse at the University of Virginia, and had dated. He's accused of killing her in May 2010. Police say he told them, he kicked in her apartment bedroom door, shook her, hit her head against a wall several times. His lawyers say the death was an accident. They and prosecutors are going through a pool of 160 people in Charlottesville, Virginia to find 12 jurors and 3 alternates.
