FOX News Radio's Lilian Woo has details:

A packaging error that could raise the risk of an unplanned pregnancy has Pfizer recalling one million packets of birth control pills.  The problem, affecting lots of Lo/Ovral28 tablets, as well as Norgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol pills.

Pfizer finding some packets had too many active tablets, while others had too few, which could leave women with an inadequate dose.  The lots distributed to warehouses, clinics and retail pharmacies throughout the country.
