Nuclear Talks to Continue in Iran?

Iran says it is ready to talk about the direction of its nuclear program according to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

It’s just been slapped with a European oil embargo, warships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, and threats of more economic sanctions.

Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announcing today he’s ready for nuclear talks, but still shrugging off those sanctions saying they won’t force Iran to buckle to Western demands.

This comes as the Institute for Science and International Security offers a calmer view, reporting that the country doesn’t have the capability to develop a nuclear weapon this year.
