A simple blood test can tell if you are deficient in any vitamin or mineral that could make you feel lethargic, meditating can help regulate hormonal glands and one of the biggest culprits of fatigue is dehydration, so increase your water intake.
But extreme fatigue could be a sign of a serious condition, so be sure to talk to your doctor.
