Man Released from Prison… Then Arrested Again
A man in Oregon was released from prison, only to find himself back in handcuffs moments later.
FOX News Radio’s Steve Rappoport reports:
Adam Ashe rode a bus home to Eugene, Oregon following his release from state prison yesterday and wasted no time throwing away his new found freedom.
Police say the 48-year-old robbed a bank, only to get arrested three minutes later. An FBI affidavit says Ashe confessed to the robbery.
He was convicted of arson last year for setting a post office garbage can on fire. Authorities say Ashe wanted to burn down the post office to protest sending U.S. troops to Iraq and Afghanistan.
