The Pentagon is dismissing a warning Iran apparently issued to the U.S. Navy.

FOX News Radio’s Alastair Wanklyn reports from London:

Iran’s Army Chief saying aircraft carrier the USS John C. Stennis that’s just left the Persian Gulf should not return there.  The Pentagon dismissing the order, saying there’ll be no change to U.S. maneuvers.  The U.S. Fifth Fleet last week said it would protect oil shipping routes in the area if Iran tried to block them.  Meanwhile today, France’s Foreign Minister saying (French audio) he is sure Iran wants to get a nuclear bomb, and Europe should impose new sanctions this month.
