7 Lives Left: Cat Survives 2 Attempts at Euthanasia

It didn’t work at first, so they tried again.  But an animal shelter in Utah has found a cat with a will to live that’s stronger than their attempts to euthanize it.

FOX News Radio’s Jane Metzler reports:

Two of her nine lives now gone, the next seven should be happier.  A stray cat named Andrea, surviving two trips to the gas chamber in West Valley City, Utah, when no one claimed her after 30 days.  Shelter officials first put her to death in October, but failed.  So they tried again, placing the animal in a plastic bag in a cooler after detecting no vital signs.  Later, checking that bag, they found the cat with a strong will to live, suffering from hypothermia but alive  and now adopted into a new home.
