It may be the last message from the American born Cleric, Anwar al-Awlaki, before his death at the hands of the CIA.

According to the Middle East Media Research Institute, the release of a new tape, and perhaps the final recording, from the American Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki is imminent. After the Cleric’s death, in a CIA-led strike on September 30th, U.S. officials confirmed the tape’s existence.  Web postings on the Jihadi forums say the tape is a direct message from al-Awlaki to his Muslim followers in the West.  As one U.S. Official said, it is one thing to kill the Cleric, and quite another to kill his message on the web.
