AEHQ: Huckabee Holds Forum In Iowa

The economy may be the dominant issue in the 2012 Presidential campaign, but social issues are still important in the first state where voters will make actual decisions.

FOX News Radio’s Rich Johnson reports from America’s Election Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa:

Huckabee: “We should hold all the candidates who are running for president accountable.”

So says former Arkansas Governor and current FOX News host Mike Huckabee.

Huckabee: “Make sure that all of them affirm that, if elected President, they will be a pro-life President.”

Huckabee and a few hundred like-minded Iowans gathered last night to see a documentary called ‘The Gift of Life,’ in which people whose mothers had considered but rejected abortion told their stories. Among those attending, Pastor Joe Fuiten of suburban Seattle.

Fuiten: “I want somebody that can win. That’s important to me. I want somebody that shares my values.”

And he’s still deciding who that might be.
