Housecall for Health: Holiday Tips – Keeping Cheery Through The Holiday Season

Don’t let the holidays get you down!  In our continuing series of holiday health tips, we have some advice to keep you feeling up beat this winter holiday season.

Time for some holiday health tips for beating the blues.  It’s supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, but missing a family member of dealing with the in-laws can leave you feeling glum.  Albany psychologist Ronald Nathan suggests making plans with friends if your family is far away, but also, don’t be afraid to have some alone time.

There is no magic pill to cure feeling down, but studies show supplements like vitamin D and Omega 3 can help.
