Grounded: FAA Chief Put on Leave After DUI Arrest

The Federal Aviation Administration chief is taking some time off, following a weekend arrest for drunk driving.

FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern reports:

Police in Fairfax, Virginia, just outside D.C., pulled over FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt Saturday night after he was spotted driving on the wrong side of the road.  Babbitt was the only person in the car, and was not involved in an accident.  He was taken to a local jail and released on a personal recognizance bond.

The Transportation Department now says Babbitt is on a leave of absence, and his employment is being reviewed.
