With his legacy engulfed by a child sex scandal involving one of his former assistants, Penn State Football Coach Joe Paterno announced Wednesday he's going to retire at the end of the season.

Former Defensive Coach Jerry Sandusky was charged over the weekend with molesting eight young boys, and Athletic Director Tim Curley and Vice President  Gary Schultz have been charged with failing to notify authorities about the abuse.
