NC Teen Shot Outside School During Lunch

    UPDATE: Two teens – 18- and 15-year-old male students at Cape Fear HS – have been arrested in the shooting.  Officers have recovered a gun and a shell casing from on the HS campus.

    Could it have been a hunter?  A stray bullet from a drive-by shooting?  Authorities are trying to figure out how a North Carolina teenager was shot in the neck at what’s supposed to be a safe place: school.
