I Have A Dream: MLK Memorial Dedicated After Hurricane Delay

    Thousands turned out to a sun-soaked National Mall in Washington, D.C. Sunday, a far cry from the last time the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial was scheduled to be dedicated.  That weekend saw the arrival of Hurricane Irene.
