In the battle of the genders, who is healthier: men or women?

FOX's Colleen Cappon has the answer in today's "Housecall for Health":

Women not only live longer than men, a new study says they also appear to be in overall better health.  The reason?  It's in their genes.

Women are known to have a lower incidence of cancer, along with baterial and viral infections, as well as being better able to survive trauma.  Researchers from Ghent University in Belgium say that tiny pieces of genetic material called "micro-RNAs" in the female chromosome may give women an immune system advantage over males.
