Housecall for Health: Chocolate Heart Health
Life may be like a box of chocolates, but you never know what you are going to get from eating those chocolates.
FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s “Housecall for Health”:
You may have heard chocolate is good for your heart, but leading cardiologists say that may not give you license to indulge.
Although pooled research at Britain’s University of Cambridge suggests chocolate consumption might be associated with the 1/3-reduced risk of developing heart disease, they have yet to pinpoint the actual science behind that cause. Medical experts all agree that if you want a healthier heart, there are much better places to start than with a box of chocolates.
