NASCAR returns to Bristol Motor Speedway for the Irwin Tools night race, Kyle Busch’s day in court and Danica Patrick makes a big move.

“I’ll be probably be leaning quite a bit on him to try to ah you know to gain some more information because really, he’s got that track down pretty well.”
Kevin Harvick thinks Bristol is better since the 2007 repaving transformed the once one-groove race track.
“It’s a lot easier you know. There’s a lot of lanes.”
And, Tony Stewart likes the new Bristol because,
“Guys are being able to move around the race track and you don’t to have to wreck guys to pass ’em.”
Kyle Busch pled guilty to speeding and no contest to reckless and careless driving this week after getting stopped by cops for a a high speed joy ride in May. Busch was fined a thousand bucks, loses his license for 45 days, and will do community service as part of his sentence.
And, Danica Patrick makes the switch next year from Indycar to NASCAR’s nationwide series with a limited sprint cup schedule.
