Rebel fighters have stormed Qaddafi's compound in Tripoli and are inside of it.

Muammar al-Qaddafi's whereabouts are still unknown at this time.

NATO's Secretary General says Muammar al-Qaddafi's control of Libya is crumbling.  And scenes in Tripoli point to that being the truth.  Rebel fighters moved into the capital and final government stronghold of Tripoli on Sunday night, and within hours claimed to be in control of nearly the entire city.
