Listen up, supermoms: according to research presented at the annual meeting of the American Sociological Association, working moms who try to do it all have higher rates of depression compared with other working moms who just let things slide.

Researchers say supermoms tend to feel guilt and frustration when they can't balance everything perfectly.  That's why it's important for these moms to set more realistic goals when it comes to juggling parenting and their jobs.
