FL Judge Rules: Casey Anthony Will Serve Probation
It looks like Casey Anthony will be heading back to Florida after all.
Judge Belvin Perry has decided that Anthony will indeed have to serve 1 year of Probation in the state of Florida for a prior check fraud conviction.
FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown has more on the decision from Miami:
Judge Perry was the same Judge who presided over her murder trial. Anthony was acquitted of the charges related to the death of her toddler daughter Caylee. She was convicted of lying to police. Anthony was released from an Orange County Jail last month and has remained in hiding ever since.
