Some beach volleyball players in Britain are renting out space on their bikinis to advertisers in a 21st century kind of way.

FOX News Radio’s Alastair Wanklyn explains from London:

Their bikini bottoms are too skimpy for sponsors’ logos, so British female beach volleyball players are sporting barcode-type ads on their briefs as they play in an International contest here in London.  When photographed on a blackberry or other smartphone the barcode takes you to the sponsor, which in this case is a website owned by online gambling firm.
