Saying Goodbye to Secretary Gates

     

    It’s a changing of the guard as Secretary of Defense Robert Gates prepares to leave his post.  President Obama participated in a grand send-off at the Pentagon Thursday.  The outgoing Defense Secretary was even given a surprise honor by the President.
