FOX in the Fast Lane: Hamlin is “Heluva Good!” Driver

The NASCAR Sprint Cup leaderboard gets a shake up after a sprint to the finish in the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

FOX News Radio’s Chris Hoenig tells us who won in this edition of “FOX in the Fast Lane”…

Matt Kenseth and Denny Hamlin squared off in a five-lap sprint to the finish at Michigan…with Hamlin pulling out the win in the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips 400.  A late caution saved fans from a fuel-mileage finish, and Hamlin says positioning coming out of the corners was the biggest key… Kyle Busch jumped a spot in the Sprint Cup standings after finishing 3rd, with Paul Menard and Carl Edwards rounding out the top 5.  A disappointing 27th-place finish for Jimmy Johnson shakes up the top of the Sprint Cup leaderboard.  Edwards now holds a 20 point lead over Kevin Harvick, followed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Busch and Jimmy Johnson.
