FOX News has learned 5 CIA informants arrested by Pakistan's Secret Service include the owner of the safe house used by the CIA to spy on Usama Bin Laden's Abbottabad, Pakistan compound. Pakistan's Spy Agency, also known as the I.S.I. has custody of the informants.
That's raising concerns on Capitol Hill.
