Patriot Act Provisions Fight

    Key provisions of the Patriot Act are set to expire on Friday, but extending the post-9/11 Law is being slowed down by Kentucky GOP Senator Rand Paul who has concerns over parts of it.  Now, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is calling Paul out on the delay threat.
