Day two of testimony at the Casey Anthony murder trial, with Prosecutors trying to counter Defense claims, that her daughter Caylee died accidentally.

FOX News Radio's Eben Brown reports from Orlando:

Nathan Lezniewicz is the ex-roommate of Anthony's boyfriend... and appeared on the witness stand.

Lezniewicz was questioned by Prosecutor Frank George about the time when Caylee Anthony disappeared in June 2008... when Casey went to a club called "Fusion".

Listen to what he had to say, HERE:

Prosecutors say Anthony placed duct tape over the toddler's nose and mouth. But the Defense says Caylee drowned in the family pool, and the family covered up the accident.

Casey's father George was the first witness to testify on Tuesday.

Tuesday's opening statements in the trial put a whole new twist on an already cloudy story. Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez claims Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony, sexually abused her. Baez says that abuse enabled Casey Anthony to get used to ignoring bad things, like when little Caylee, accidentally drowned. In fact, Jose Baez says the entire cover up of Caylee's death was George Anthony's plan to keep out of trouble for abusing his daughter.

Listen to what Baez had to say, HERE:

Caylee's disappearance attracted national attention... her body was found five months after she went missing in 2008. Her mother, Casey Anthony is charged with first degree murder.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick closed out her opening statements on the first day of the trial, with this:

Anthony faces the death penalty, if convicted.
