Oil on the Hill

    Tense words back and forth at a Senate Finance Committee hearing Thursday on oil company subsidies.  Big oil companies who get billions in tax breaks made the case to keep them.  Some Committee members were not so quick to agree.

    FOX News Radio’s Rich Johnson was keeping a scorecard and reports from Washington DC:

    This bill entitled Reversing President Obama’s Offshore Moratorium Act is not expected to pass the Senate.

    The White House argues that the proposal would undermine the current leasing process and mandate drilling leases without input from the affected states.
