Residents of Memphis, Tennessee are bracing for flooding from the mighty Mississippi. About a 48 foot crest is expected in a few days. This could very well become the highest crest this area has endured in decades.

But not all residents are heeding the advice to evacuate. 80 year-old Jenetta Wilson from South Memphis, Tennessee says she plans to stay put.
Despite those folks vowing to stay in their homes, local officials are going door to door encouraging people in potentially unsafe areas to reconsider. Plus, the U.S. Coast Guard is taking action.
