The Nation’s biggest oil spill started with a deadly explosion and the recovery is far from over in places like Grand Isle, LA.

Grand Isle resident Larry Minick is angry about clean up efforts by BP Contractors, saying they mostly just sit around doing nothing, as tar balls continue to wash ashore.
