Japan Crisis: Fire at Fukushima Nuke Plant No. 4

    UPDATE: Flames rise from the number 4 reactor at the troubled Fukushima nuclear power plant as Japan scraps its plan to use helicopters to pour water onto overheating reactors. 

    Radiation contamination issues, rolling blackouts, and a growing humanitarian crisis have become part of daily life in Japan. This, as aftershocks continue to rattle residents and sway buildings all over the country.
