FOX In The Fast Lane – Charlotte Bank Of America 500. FOX News Radio’s Marghiee Teshineh Reports

It’s the Bank of America 500, the 5th race in the Chase at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, Tony Stewart on a hot streak, and NASCAR’s newest Hall of Famers.  FOX News Radio’s Marghiee Teshineh has the latest with “FOX In The Fast Lane.”

North Carolina is home to the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the site of this week’s race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. I spoke to Kyle Busch, currently in 9th place, who admits though his cup dreams are fading, there is still a lot to race for this season and then get ready for a championship in 2011.

A win at Fontana has Tony Stewart in 5th place  and he says doing well in the Chase is not enough- he’s looking to win this championship.  And more good news for Stewart-Haas Racing.  They’ve  got a new partnership deal with ExxonMobil for next year that fills the primary sponsorship holes on Stewart’s race car for 11 races.

And congratulations to the new class of inductees into the Hall of Fame – drivers David Pearson, Bobby Allison, Lee Petty, broadcaster Ned Jarrett, and owner Bud Moore.
