The top 12 drivers have earned their place for “the Chase” and start their cup dreams this weekend in Loudon, New Hampshire. FOX News Radio’s Marghiee Teshineh has the latest with “FOX In The Fast Lane.”
NASCAR in New England this weekend as the Chase begins at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway and the Sylvania 300. Joe Gibbs racing is sending Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch to the Chase and though the two don’t always get along, Hamlin tells me he appreciates Busch’s competitive spirit that drives him to do well and perhaps even a championship.
Jeff Gordon says you don’t have win every race to win a cup; consistency can get the job done, too.
And though Gordon and Hendrick teammate Jimmy Johnson may have gotten off to a rocky start earlier this season on the track, that was months ago says Johnson, because they are in the Chase and their crews are working together.
