It’s the senator versus the attorney general. In a scathing and blunt letter, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina tells Attorney General Eric Holder that the decision on the 9/11 case ultimately rests with him, so Holder bears the responsibility for the delay. In November, Holder said the case was going to New York City. But after a backlash, the case is in limbo.
