The White House is previewing some of President Obama's plans for the future of NASA, specifically talking about funding the constellation program, intended to replace the soon-to-be retired fleet of space shuttles.  The announcement came just as word came that a letter to the president from 3 former space walkers nearly scolded the president for not committing to future American manned spaceflight.  More from FOX News Radio's Eben Brown.
