Gay Marriage Debate in Federal Court
The fight to overturn a Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in California is on, this time in federal court. And the first to testify were the gay couples who are suing. FOX News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal has more from the court house in San Francisco.
