Teleprompter Guy!! Speed That Thing Up!!
President Obama did something that would be the subject of jokes for a week if President Bush had been guilty of it.
He got ahead of his teleprompter. Way ahead.
The President was giving a speech to the National Academy of Sciences when he stumbled and realized he was rattling off names of people he had already introduced earlier in the speech. DOH!! WHOOPS!!
Sure, it was something that could have happened to anyone, I guess. But it’s interesting that when Obama does it, he gets a warm chuckle and nobody mentions it.
That’s why you have me. Somebody has to point out the double standard.
