The President’s Earth Day Wasn’t So Green After All

President Obama made it a point yesterday to state the importance of Earth Day.

Unfortunately, his trips around the nation used up around 9,000 gallons of fuel. DOH!

And that’s just taking Air Force One into account. It’s even higher when you figure he flew on Marine One. And all those pesky SUVs escorting the President the short distance from the tarmac to where he was speaking.

If he REALLY is so concerned about all this Green stuff…why not appear via satellite without ever having to step on a plane or a car? He couldn’t give the speech from the White House and have it delivered globally if he wanted to?
