Jeff Sessions: Second Amendment is a Personal Right

In this week’s “Bullet Points”, incoming Attorney General Jeff Sessions discusses the Second Amendment and a famous town in Arizona receives a new nickname.

President-elect Trump’s first big endorsement was from the NRA and now his pick to head up the U.S. Justice Department, Alabama senator Jeff Sessions, had to talk about the Second Amendment during confirmation hearings:

(Sessions) ”Well, I do believe the Second Amendment is a personal right.”

Though as potentially the nation’s chief prosecutor, he agrees with laws that make use of firearms during crimes, a crime itself:

(Sessions) ”I think that’s a legitimate and responsible restraint on the Second Amendment.”

Dateline: Tombstone, Arizona! Home of the O.K. Corral:

(Tombstone) ”You so drunk, you can’t hit nothing. In fact, you’re probably seein’ double. / I have two guns, one for each of ya.”

Y’all remember Val Kilmer in the movie? Well the current mayor of Tombstone just signed a proclamation, saying the fabled town, is to be referred to as ‘America’s Second Amendment city.’ It goes along with their other motto, ‘the town too tough to die.’

And those are your Bullet Points!
