Gun Debate Continues in Texas

Second Amendment rights continue to spark debate.

FOX’s Eben Brown presents this week’s “Bullet Points”:

I’m Eben brown.

Texas Attorney General is suing yet another county in his state over Second Amendment issues. He says Waller County, Texas, outside Houston, has no right to prevent a licensed person to carry their gun in non-judicial areas of the county courthouse.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention are partnering in a new effort:

(Gebbia) “Project 2025 is going to focus on working with the gun-owning community on safety as it pertains to keeping firearms out of the hands of people at risk for suicide.”

AFPS Chief Robert Gebbia on YouTube. Two thirds of suicides in the U.S. are committed with firearms.

And the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals says Nevada isn’t violating the Second Amendment by stopping gun sales to people with medical marijuana cards. Marijuana is still illegal under federal law, and the feds don’t allow gun sales to illegal drug users.

And those are your Bullet Points.
