Securing America: DOD, CIA Sued For Alleged Meetings with Filmmaker

Court documents obtained by FOX show that Judicial Watch is suing DOD and CIA in Federal Court for refusing to release details of their alleged communications with director Kathryn Bigelow and the movie tentatively titled “Killing bin Laden.”

FOX Chief Intelligence Correspondent Catherine Herridge reports:

According to the federal court filing, Judicial Watch is suing because neither the Defense Department nor CIA has released a single document about its alleged cooperation with hollywood director Kathryn Bigelow on her bin Laden film.

The court documents say Defense Department lawyers quote unusual circumstances and CIA lawyers say they are overwhelmed with requests.

The new court filing presents a conflict. The Administration apparently felt comfortable helping Bigelow, but the 52 pictures and video of the bin Laden raid were too secret to share with the public.
