Dana Perino Gives Kilmeade Some Great Advice

The Five’s Dana Perino joined Kilmeade & Friends today to talk about her best-selling book “And the Good News Is… Lessons and Advice from the Bright Side” which was just released in paperback– with two new chapters! Dana gave us a peek into the book, talking about her experiences working behind the scenes with President George W. Bush as the White House Press Secretary, her upbringing in Wyoming and how she got to where she is today.

She also gave Brian some great advice, including temporarily disconnecting from social media to take a break from negativity, appreciating the importance in setting goals, and to remember to stop and smell the roses!
