Governor Ehrlich explained that the Mayor misspoke but her biggest problem was that she didn’t own up to it and explain what she really meant. She would not advocate destroying her city, she made a classic mistake becoming a defensive politician and she should have failed to correct her terminology. The Governor also finds it inconceivable that Governor Hogan could not get in touch with Mayor Rawlings-Blake with today’s technology.
