McCarthy: President’s Impeachable Actions; Rep. Chaffetz: We Gave Them Their Starting 5 Back; Sen. Inhofe: Cap and Trade Disastrous

Special Report host BRET BAIER dropped by and talked about his new book “Special Heart: A Journey of Faith, Hope, Courage and Love”, and the Bowe Bergdahl prisoner trade.
Former Assistant U.S. attorney ANDREW MCCARTHY, author of “Faithless Execution”, talked about his book, impeaching the President, and the prisoner swap. Andrew said that you cannot justify releasing these 5 Taliban commanders while the war is still going on. He also explained that Qatar has Taliban leaders in waiting and giving them the 5 commanders is just going to strengthen them. Andrew then listed all the actions that the president has done that warrant an impeachment. Presidential lawlessness is not a partisan position, you have to have the country’s best issues at mind and uphold the laws of Congress.

Congressman JASON CHAFFETZ (R-UT) weighed in on the prison swap and said that “we just gave them their starting 5 back.” Rep. Chaffetz also explained that the President didn’t go to Congress because he knew they would not give him the OK. Congressman Chaffetz also weighed in on Susan Rice’s statement saying that Bergdahl served with distinction and explained that an investigation has to be done.
Fox News national security correspondent JENNIFER GRIFFIN talked about how Bergdahl got promoted twice while under captivity to Sergeant from Private. She also explained that if the Pentagon finds out that he was a deserter they could charge him.
Former RNC Chairman and president of the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity MIKE DUNCAN talked about the President and the administration causing a lot of pain to American consumers with the newest EPA regulations.
HOUR 3
Senator JAMES INHOFE (R-OK) talked about the President’s disastrous Cap and Trade and prisoner swap. The Obama has violated the law with his prisoner transfer because the law states that the President has to give a detailed explanation of the basis of transfer and of why the transfer is in the national security interest. The President’s big thing is his legacy and that is why he made the transfer because he wants to close Gitmo. Cap and Trade is disastrous and the same as the German plan which has tripled electric bills in that country. It will also cost jobs and hurt the economy.
