who is in charge

I just don’t know the answer to the title of this blog when it comes to the BP disaster in the gulf. I know the Prez. says he was in charge bu he is not or the worst executive in America. I bring you to the Jones Act which when lifted would allow for foreign ships to come in and help us mop up this catastrophe. Who would green light eh US of Mexican skimmers and Norwegian barges…- I don’t know? Admiral Alan says not him– Carol Browner says Admiral Alan and Robert Gibbs says Admiral Alan, As highlighted by Governor Huckabee there is right now link missing in the chain of command and so many are paying the price right now.
