BRIAN’S OPENING THOUGHTS

Brian is up-to-date on the breaking news surrounding Benghazi, and thinks that Stephen Hayes blew the doors off the case.  PLUS: Brian goes back to Boston and weighs in on Joe Lieberman’s comments when he was asked to testify, where he said that the Boston bombings could have been “prevented.”

HOUR ONE

UltimateAlaskaChallengeDallas and Terrell Seavey, stars of National Geographic’s Ultimate Survival Alaska, talked to Brian about their upbringing in Alaska and the premise of their reality show.  Dallas explained that Ultimate Survival Alaska is about being in the wilderness of Alaska in a way that is “similar to an early 1900s expedition.”  The brothers also said that the cameramen were not prepared for what the Seavey brothers did. “Many of the camera guys had never camped out on a shoot.  Some of them had gone camping but never with their equipment.  So they were constantly battling to try to keep their equipment running,” Dallas explained.

HOUR TWO

FOX News Digital Politics Editor, Chris Stirewalt, weighed in on this week’s Benghazi testimony and agreed with Brian that Jay Carney looked pretty bad! Stirewalt explained that what was said during the testimony on Wednesday was a huge change than what was said originally.  “Now they say there was a botch, but there’s no cover up,” he said.

HOUR THREE

FOX & Friends weekend co-host, Alisyn Camerota, stopped by and weighed in on the updates on Benghazi.  “I think that now we know definitively there was a political decision made. This wasn’t just a game of telephone where some words got left out… They expunged the references to al-Qaeda,” she said.

TrevorPryceTrevor Pryce, 14-year veteran of the NFL who played defensive end for the Denver Broncos, the Baltimore Ravens and the New York Jets, talked to Brian and Alisyn about his children’s series, An Army of Frogs: A Kulipari Novel.  Pryce explained that he originally wrote a movie script entitled “Poison” about poisonous frogs and scorpions in 2007.  Eventually, his idea of making a movie morphed into making a young reader’s book about using your brain over your brawn.
