Evening Edition: A Measles Outbreak Worsens, What Do We Know?
Pennsylvania has confirmed 4 measles-related deaths, over 750 cases in 38 counties, according to the state’s department of health. Measles is a highly contagious virus that can be fatal in one to three patients per 1,000 cases, data shows. And its not just Pennsylvania, all but 5 states have reported confirmed cases of the measles.
