With less than 70 days until the midterm elections, the Supreme Court has lifted a temporary injunction on President Trump’s executive order restricting mail-in ballots. Though the path is cleared for the new rules, several states are already seeking workarounds. Former Deputy Assistant Attorney General and U.C.
