Evening Edition: VA Secretary Doug Collins Details Veteran Care Expansion

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has been implementing major updates in 2026 affecting disability ratings, application paperwork, and benefit rules. The Department says they have had new accomplishments this year in reducing the benefits backlog to under 100K, signing up 100K new Veterans for healthcare, and helping Veterans maximize their G.I. education benefits.
